Your Stay

CMC offers a full-lodge rental with meals included. We believe this model provides our guests with a unique opportunity for family reunions, retreats, workshops and gatherings of all kinds. (Sorry, no weddings).

Rooms

CMC has ten bedrooms: nine on the 2nd floor, one on the 3rd floor. Total occupancy is 23.

Each of the cozy pine-paneled bedrooms has full closets and features maple beds and dressers built by the H.T. Cushman Furniture Company in Bennington VT in the 1940’s.

The Spruce Room has a king bed and a private bath.

All other rooms have in-room sinks and share two spacious country-club style bathrooms.

Eagle: one queen bed | pond side
Oak: two twin beds | riverside
Maple: two twin beds | riverside
Gilbert: two twin beds | pond side

3rd floor Dormitory: one king bed + 4 twin beds

Meals

Your stay includes dinner the night you check-in; breakfast, lunch and dinner on full days; and a final breakfast prior to check-out.

Ahead of your visit, we suggest you plan your menu with Dottie, our Club Manager. Dottie will give you options, or you can build your own menu.

Our Staff shops for groceries in Elkins, a 45 minute drive from the Club, so planning ahead is key. Guests are welcome to bring specialty food items for Staff to prepare, items that may not be available at the local grocery store.

CMC is BYOB. Although we don't serve alcohol, we have a bar with a mini fridge for beer, wine and spirits.
