Variable Cost
Shopping & Cleaning is a fixed rate. Same price rate regardless of group size or duration.
Meal Service is based on the number of guests per day One rate applies to rental of 1 to 10 guests; The next level applies to rental with 11 to 23 guests. Typically, our morning staff prepares breakfast and lunch; our afternoon/evening staff prepares dinner.
The cost of Groceries is based on your menu and group size. At check-out, Dottie provides you with grocery receipts for you to reimburse her directly (without markup).
Full balance is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We don't accept credit cards so we ask that you bring at least 3 checks: 1) grocery shopping and housekeeping, 2) meal services, 3) groceries
Dottie will present you with the totals at check-out and all checks are made out directly to Staff.
Your deposit, less a $250 cancellation fee, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. We regret that no refund is possible on your deposit if cancellation is made within 45 days of your reserved dates.
